What to Expect

As a new client of ours, you can expect our full attention to you and your pet's needs.

Elective Surgeries:

Arrival time for our daily surgeries including spays, neuters, dentals, etc is 8:30 am. Our receptionists will obtain a weight on your pet before you will go into an exam room. In the room you will meet with one of our very competent registered veterinary technicians who will go over a consent form for the surgery that day. 


The RVT will call you once your animal is out of surgery to schedule a pick-up time. Please ensure we have your current phone number for this reason. At the time of pickup, the RVT will explain homecare and medications and answer any questions you may have. 

Examinations/Routine Check-ups/Vaccinations:

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionists who will first weigh your pet, ensure we have the proper information and then place you and your pet into a clean and disinfected examination room as soon as we have one available. 



*Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate is available in our reception area and you may feel free browse our retail area while you wait. 


*Our goal is to see all of our patients on time, barring any emergency. We will ensure that wait times are minimized as much as possible.

Once in an exam room, your veterinarian will take a history, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan any further diagnostics or treatment as necessary.  Our receptionist will then handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.
